About Subscribing to a Service

After you have published a service, organizations can subscribe to it. The easiest way to subscribe to a service is to create and publish a service level agreement.

The service types you can subscribe to are:

•Operational Level Agreement: See Working with Operational Level Agreements.

•Underpinning Contract: See Working with Underpinning Contracts.
